Nice apartment, shame about the area!

It was a really stylish apartment, there was good water pressure, the view from the rooftop was excellent and I imagine the pool would be great in the summer.

- strange smell from the bathroom - doormen didn't speak any english and were a bit confused by us - the area is pretty unsafe and there are a lot of homeless people

- No luggage storage possible - Area around the apartment building OK during the day (not great though), but at night and early morning quite scary, a lot of homeless, didn’t feel safe, didn’t feel comfortable

the apartments are beautiful, with a magnificent view of downtown sao Paulo, you check in and check out by cell phone and it's very easy, we loved it! It is located in the center of the city and although at night there are many street dwellers there is no problem, it is very safe

New and comfortable room with good location on the city centre

The room itself is big, was very clean and looked new, decor was nice with indirect lighting. Microwave was very handy. Air conditioning was very good, silent. I had to work form there one day and wifi was great! They also have a smart tv so we were able to link YouTube/Netflix accounts. There is a pool on the rooftop, with a great view of the city centre.

The code to enter our room was 12 digits long, everytime we left we had to punch in the full code. Our room was on a low floor so the view was not so pleasant. They charge R$100 cleaning fee but don't offer daily housekeeping services. The shower was very lousy as well.

This was a fabulous place to stay, it was in a great location in very clean and the shower was amazing. The views were incredible from my balcony and from the roof top swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this place.
